Bathroom Project- Leinetal Starkes

We recently used ASE to update our existing bathroom. The staff at ASE are co-operative and friendly. The workmanship is very good. We are very happy with the finished product and would definitely recommend ASE to family and friends.

Thanks to ASE we now have a brand new bathroom fitted by ASE Install who were friendly, reliable, hardworking and tidy. The whole team were excellent and able, led by Andy the Installation Manager. Daniel, our bathroom designer was approachable and hardworking. He has an excellent knowledge of bathroom products. We would recommend ASE to anyone. Using ASE for products and ASE Install for fitting provided us with the security and reliability we wanted. We are very pleased!

A google search presented ASE to us for our new bathroom project, a one-stop shop which gave us an unhurried design service and guidance throughout. We did have concerns and hesitations when it came to paying almost 3/4's of our bill prior to work even starting, however, we still wouldn't have done anything differently, and are definitely going to recommend ASE to our neighbours who are looking for a new bathroom. The best thing we liked about working with ASE, is how competent and cheerful the tradesmen are, and how they work to a specific design. My first impression was it looked even better than I had hoped. I had been looking for some time for a reliable firm in the Leominster area and the recommendation came. I am glad I chose you. The long planning discussions with Daniel Mellings have proven their worth, and I have again become aware of the value of thoroughness and experience, and also of choosing quality materials. ASE were recommended to me by a friend so I had no hesitations about contacting them when I wanted to update my bathroom. The best thing about working with ASE is that they are efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I also used ASE's Installation Service - I was away while the installation was being carried out and when I returned it was like no-one had been in my house. There was no mess or clutter and everything had been left clean and tidy. Even the neighbours were impressed with the installation team's clean van, punctuality, efficient work and quiet performance. Our neighbour recommended ASE to us so we had no hesitations about working with them to achieve our new shower room. We would and already have recommended ASE to family and friends because Daniel, in the showroom, was very helpful and mindful of our needs when choosing the new products for our shower room, we had a difficult shaped room with waste outlets in the wrong places and a wooden floor. Also, Scott, from the installation team, managed to find a solution to every problem so the finished room is lovely. We would rate ASE installation service very highly. A local tradesperson mentioned ASE as the place to go to choose bathroom fittings. We were a little hesitant as we didn't know of anyone who had used ASE, so we had no idea of the quality of the service or the work. We decided to visit the showroom in Ludlow. It was a great experience right from the start. I would like to thank Daniel who dealt with me with tremendous patience as I agonised for a very long time over the multitude of choices available. He had good product knowledge and ideas and helped me to arrange the bathroom to maximise the space available. Daniel also told us that ASE had an 'in house' installation service so we decided to ask ASE to do the whole job. As soon as we met Andy Vear from ASE Install, we knew that we were in safe hands. Andy came to our home and seemed to tune in immediately to what we were trying to achieve. He had lots of good advice about the project. Although we had to wait for some time to have the job done, all went well and it was completed on the scheduled dates that we had reserved. It was a pleasure to have Andy and his team in our home. What we appreciated most was that Andy and ASE's tiler Scott MacKenzie were both perfectionists, persisting with the tasks until everything was exactly right. Furthermore, Andy returned promptly to fix minor glitches after the installation was completed. We are really happy with the end result. The bathroom has clean lines, is very easy to keep clean and has a definite 'wow factor' - all the things we wanted to achieve and our friends and family think it is wonderful. We would definitely recommend ASE's services to anyone who appreciates good workmanship and excellent customer service. ASE will handle everything and the job will be completed on time and to a high standard!
